Full carbon fork, with ultra-reinforced conical pivot for 20 axis hub.

Our ICE SWAT fork was designed from Torray T700 + T800 (30%) carbon fibers, and Kevlar. The Kevlar is usually placed at the junction between the pivot and the fork jamb. It is a question of placing in this place a compaction of this material, allowing a high resistance to impact.
When impregnating carbon wire, graphene is added to the resin for a better molecular bond, for ever more solidity!
Single-piece molding at high temperature and high pressure for 90minutes creates a total conversion rate of resin hardening, and it is for this reason that our forks are among the most rigid and solid on the market.

The SWAT is made from a special high-modulus and nano-carbon composite material produced by Torray. This Nano-carbon allows our engineers to build our forks so that they are more rigid and light, with a resistance 27% higher than other carbon materials and incredible fatigue resistance!

Special ICE Protect (5mm thick carbon pivot) expander to protect and strengthen the pivot even more (included.)

Optional: set of 2 ICE screw-down fork adapters for 20 mm axis / 10mm hub (HUB-ICE2010K)

ATTENTION, this fork is not compatible with hubs with small axes of *Route type *
CAUTION: do not cut the pivot!
WARNING: use this fork only with hubs with female BTR type clamping. Prohibition of using the fork with a threaded 10mm shaft!!
CAUTION: A minimum of 40mm of stacking steering rings is required when mounting this fork
