INSPYRE CONCORDE V4 FRAME

The arrival of the ERA CF did not put the Concorde on hold. Quite the opposite. As a new chapter opened with carbon, Inspyre continued to develop its aluminium frame with the same level of commitment.

For more than a year, Inspyre worked with its Factory riders to develop, test and refine the Concorde V4. Mathis Ragot Richard notably tested the first V4 prototypes during the Australian winter, while Zian Lemee and Théo Thouin accumulated countless hours on the new frame throughout its development. Clément Rocherieux went one step further by winning his first Elite race aboard the prototype.

The Concorde V4 is the culmination of several years of development. An evolution designed down to the smallest detail to deliver an aluminium race frame that is stiff, precise, stable and perfectly suited to the demands of modern BMX Race.

Redesigned Rear Structure

The Concorde V4 features a fully optimised rear triangle, combining a 3D-forged and CNC-machined construction, a male/female interface at the dropouts and a platform widened by 12.5%. This architecture improves stiffness, stability, strength and control, while providing increased clearance around the drivetrain.

The CNC reinforcement provides lateral support and torsional stiffness while allowing the amount of material to be optimised. On Pro and Cruiser sizes, the new BB386 Ø46 mm / 86.5 mm platform further strengthens the junction between the downtube, chainstays and bottom bracket. It improves power transmission and precision during acceleration, while offering greater flexibility for crankset and bottom bracket configurations.

Internal Brake Hose Routing

The new fully internal brake hose routing provides a clean and discreet integration, running through the top tube and exiting directly at the seatstays without passing through the bottom bracket area. This technical choice makes assembly, maintenance and hose replacement easier. A pre-installed anti-vibration foam keeps the hose securely in place inside the frame while effectively reducing unwanted noise.

Apex Carbon Fork

Its design and geometry have been optimised to maximise the structural stiffness and energy transmission of the frame kit, while reducing drag. Its internal construction combines different types of carbon fibres to efficiently handle lateral loads, torsion and impacts. The 7075-T6 aluminium steerer provides excellent strength and durability, while the CNC-machined aluminium fork dropouts ensure high precision. They are designed to accommodate a 20 mm thru-axle (not included).
